The 2-in-1 Go-Live Journey:
Our campus is gearing up for an important step forward in healthcare technology with the upcoming launch of two national systems: the National Billing System (NBS) and the National Harmonised Integrated Pharmacy System (NHIPS). These systems are designed to streamline billing processes and enhance medication management, improving efficiency and patient care across NTFGH & JCH.
Both systems will go live on 04 October 2025, marking a significant milestone in Singapore’s healthcare transformation journey. This coordinated rollout will support smoother workflows and more integrated care, benefiting staff and patients alike.
What is the 2-in-1 Go-Live?

The 2-in-1 Roadshow
Staff got a sneak peek during the NBS & NHIPS 2-in-1 Roadshow held on 20 June 2025, from 12pm to 2pm at Kampung, Tower B. The event offered staff a chance to learn more about the systems, understand their benefits, and explore how these changes will improve patient care and operational efficiency across our campus.
Our Finance and Pharmacy teams, who are spearheading the implementation of NBS and NHIPS respectively, were on-site to explain key system features, share practical insights, and respond to staff questions.
To make the session even more welcoming, staff were treated to snacks, sweet treats, and freshly brewed coffee—a small token of appreciation for taking the time to stay informed and engaged.
As we move closer to the 2-in-1 Go-Live on 04 October 2025, we encourage all staff to keep an eye out for future updates and resources to help you prepare.
