Part 2: Introducing Super Users
The 2-in-1 Go-Live Journey:

To help us through 2-in-1 Go-Live, we have a special group of colleagues called Super Users 🦸♀️🦸♂️— trained team members who’ll be right there on the ground to support you during this transition period.
In this article, you’ll learn what Super Users do and how they can help you. Closer to Go-Live, we’ll share who your department's Super Users are — so stay tuned!

Our Super Users aren’t just trained — they understand the pressures on the ground when new systems are implemented, and they’ll be walking this journey with you. Approachable, reliable and prepared, they are key to helping all of us transition confidently and calmly into these new systems.

"
Your dedication, resilience, and teamwork have brought us closer to a future where our systems will better serve both our patients and our staff. This transformation hasn’t come easy — we’ve progressed through many testing milestones, solution refinements and shared learnings along the way. Change like this is never simple, it requires focus, flexibility and willingness to grow. And while change can stretch us, it also brings out our best: creativity, collaboration and resilience.
Now, with Go-Live just around the corner, let’s stay focused and continue lifting each other up. We’ve already come so far, let’s keep the momentum going — one step at a time, together. We’ve got this.
