We are now live!
The 2-in-1 Go-Live Journey:

The first weekend of October marked a significant milestone for JurongHealth Campus as we successfully went live with the National Billing System (NBS) and the National Harmonised Integrated Pharmacy System (NHIPS). Here’s a look back at how it all unfolded.

Friday, 03 October 2025 – Final Preparations
In preparation for the transition, the Staff Clinic ceased consultations for acute conditions at 1:00pm, while the Outpatient Pharmacy closed at 3:00pm.
Colleagues involved in the systems upgrade carried out their final checks, working diligently to ensure everything was in place for the changeover. Senior leaders conducted a walkabout across the towers, visiting various areas such as Clinics A41–A43 and A31–A34, Outpatient Pharmacy, Emergency Department, JCH Pharmacy, and Staff Clinic to check on operations and provide support to staff during this important transition.

Later that night, a group of staff involved in this Go-Live were at the Community Hub, where the War Room was set up, to ensure everything ran smoothly. They worked tirelessly through the night so that all systems would be ready for the official launch the next morning.
Some of our senior leaders dropped by as early as 3:30am to show their support and check in on the teams’ progress.

Shoutout to our dedicated staff who worked through the night to ensure a smooth transition!

Monday, 06 October 2025 – Live and Running
As a new week began, both systems are now live and running. To recognise the tremendous efforts of involved staff, a special teatime treat of freshly brewed coffee and a box of pastries was distributed for them to enjoy.
Senior leaders also brought refreshments to colleagues in the War Room — a small gesture to keep spirits high as teams closely monitored system performance and ensured a smooth start.
These engagements were an opportunity to thank staff, hear their feedback, and acknowledge their hard work over the past few months.

"
Over the past few months, many of you have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to prepare for the 2-in-1 Go-Live. This rollout of the National Billing System (NBS) and the National Harmonised Integrated Pharmacy System (NHIPS) was no small task - it involved countless hours of planning, testing, troubleshooting, and training.
What stood out was the spirit of collaboration, resilience, and teamwork that everyone demonstrated. Transitions like this can be complex and demanding, but you showed what’s possible when we come together with a shared purpose: to create smoother, safer, and better experiences for our patients and staff.
Each of you played an important role in making this milestone a success, and I am deeply grateful for your commitment and hard work. Thank you once again for proving that when we work as one team, we can achieve great things.
— A/Prof Dan Yock Young (CEO, NTFGH and JCH)
