Keeping Care at the Heart of Lunar New Year 🍊🍊🧧
While many of us spent the first day of Lunar New Year celebrating with loved ones, some of our colleagues continued doing what they do every day — caring for patients and keeping our hospitals running.
We were honoured to host Minister of State, Ministry of Digital Development and Information & Ministry of Health, Mdm Rahayu Mahzam, and HSEU representatives who visited our teams at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) and Jurong Community Hospital (JCH).

From doctors and nurses to allied health professionals, patient service associates and operations teams, she took time to greet colleagues who were on shift, and to share festive well wishes with patients across the wards.
We visited:
• NTFGH Ward B6S, caring for our Renal Medicine patients
• NTFGH Ward B6P, caring for patients across various specialties
• JCH Ward C4, caring for our dementia patients
Despite the busy holiday shift, the warmth and positivity in the wards were unmistakable. It was heartening to see teams keeping the festive spirit alive — from simple greetings to a cheerful Lohei session that brought smiles all around.

Moments like these remind us of the strength of our healthcare family. Even on a day when most people are resting, our colleagues continue to show up with dedication, compassion and kindness.
To every healthcare worker holding the fort this festive season — thank you. Your commitment embodies the true spirit of care.
Wishing everyone a healthy and meaningful Year of the Horse. ❤️🐎
