Allied Health & Pharmacy Appreciation 2026🏆
On the evening of 4 February, more than 200 colleagues, guests and leaders gathered in a vibrant show of unity and pride at Allied Health & Pharmacy Appreciation 2026. Organised by the JurongHealth Campus Allied Health Office, the annual celebration honoured the invaluable contributions of our Allied Health and Pharmacy (AH&P) professionals — shining a spotlight on innovation, teamwork and the heart of care that defines our campus.
This year’s theme, Improvement Proposals and Projects, aligned with JurongHealth Campus’ strategic priorities of Kinder, Nimbler, Smarter and Safer (K.N.S.S.). More than a celebration, the event reaffirmed our people-building culture — empowering teams to lead change, strengthen professional practice and enhance patient care.

They surprised the audience with a special video montage before making a lively appearance on stage. The energy in the auditorium was electric — a fitting start to an evening dedicated to celebrating excellence.
Celebrating Innovation and Impact
The response to the call for submissions was inspiring, with 31 improvement proposals received despite the year-end festive period. Shortlisted teams went a step further by producing videos to showcase their work, demonstrating creativity and commitment to excellence.
In close collaboration with the Allied Health QI team, the organising committee brought the theme to life. We extend our appreciation to the preliminary judges whose careful evaluation ensured that shortlisted projects reflected strong quality improvement principles and meaningful impact.

Beyond project awards, the Team Appreciation Awards recognised departments across AH&P for their dedication and camaraderie.
The sight of maroon scrubs filling the auditorium was a powerful reminder of the strength of our community. The evening concluded with a collective AH&P cheer — an uplifting moment that united everyone in celebration.
