NTFGH  Baseline Assessment

14 - 18 November 2022

Kicking off on 14 November 2022 is the NTFGH Baseline Assessment. This onsite review of our current practices is in preparation for the Ministry of Health (MOH) Ensure Safer Systems (ESS) Annual Baseline Assessment which is slated to take place between 20 and 24 February 2023.

The MOH-driven hospital-wide baseline assessment is part of the 5-year ESS Programme launched in 2021 by MOH in collaboration with JCI, designed to be rolled out in phases for 17 public healthcare institutions from the three public healthcare clusters.

​

Embarking on this MOH ESS Programme is the start of our journey towards the national public healthcare goal to achieve High Reliability and our commitment towards "ZERO Harm" to our patients, staff and visitors.
