Dr Quek further expressed his pride and gratitude to all staff for their dedication. These activities involve our collaboration with social enterprises that provide employment opportunities and empower vulnerable individuals with essential skills and financial independence. This effort not only signifies our appreciation for our staff but also extends our support to those in need.

Among the upcoming activities mentioned, there will be refreshing displays on campus, treats giveaways, and rounding the year with an outdoor get-together event titled "Im-peck-able", to be held at Bird Paradise on 18 November for our JurongHealth Campus family. Dr Quek also announced the date for our long-awaited Dinner & Dance event which will be held on 11 October next year.

Dr Quek highlighted the importance of the upcoming OneNUHS Pulse Survey and Wellbeing Survey on 19 September. These surveys serve as a safe channel for staff to provide feedback on what has been done well and areas for improvement. The goal is to build a positive environment and culture that promotes the well-being and fulfillment of all staff.

Lastly, Ms. Lee Hee Hoon, Director of Allied Health and Community Operations, shared the healthcare team's six-year accomplishment in the Bukit Batok community. Since 2018, the team has been enriching the health and lives of residents in Bukit Batok, creating a positive impact to help residents get well and live well. The six-year journey was celebrated with the residents in Bukit Batok on August 26, 2023, at the "Get Well, Live Well" Health Carnival when the commemorative book "Get Well, Live Well - Life in Colours" was launched.
