I visited NTFGH’s outpatient pharmacy to collect my prescriptions. On the way back to the car park, I placed my new iPad Pro on my car seat in Tower A Carpark, and it accidentally fell when I closed the door. Unaware, I drove off to an event and later realised the iPad was missing. I sought help from your Security Office in Tower B. The officers were very proactive and helpful in locating the iPad. They soon discovered it had been found nearby by one of your attentive cleaners, who promptly handed it to the Security Office.
I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the staff in handling this situation. While I cannot commend them individually, I hope this email can acknowledge their efforts. Please convey my gratitude to them for a job well done!
