Fruits & Vegetables Distribution:
New Year. Fresh Start. Fresh You.
To kick-start the new year on a healthy note, the Health Promoting Hospital (HPH) committee organised a Fruits & Vegetables Distribution for staff on 8 January 2026, held at Kampung, Level 2, from 11:30am to 2:00pm.

This initiative aimed to motivate colleagues to embrace healthier food choices while encouraging a fresh mindset for the year ahead. By aligning New Year resolutions with sustainable, long-term healthy habits, the distribution served as a simple yet meaningful reminder that small, mindful choices can make a big difference to overall wellbeing.

Staff were welcomed with a thoughtfully packed selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, reinforcing the importance of good nutrition even amidst busy work schedules. The warm response reflected a shared commitment to prioritising health—not just as individuals, but as a supportive community.

This initiative builds on HPH’s ongoing efforts to promote staff wellness through approachable and inclusive activities.
Prior to this, staff also came together for a Durian Fiesta held on 7 November 2025, where colleagues bonded and unwind over durian, cooling coconut jelly, and other cut fruits. Over 80 staff gathered at Level 4 Rooftop at Annexe, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm for a well-deserved evening of relaxation at the Durian Fiesta.
More than just a treat, the Durian Fiesta created a welcoming space for colleagues to unwind, connect, and enjoy each other’s company.

The HPH Committee looks forward to bringing more fun, meaningful activities that bring staff together and support a healthier workplace.
