Allied Health & Pharmacy Celebrate & Connect 2026
Between December 2025 and February 2026, the Allied Health Office (AHO) brought energy, joy and meaningful engagement to colleagues across the campus through the annual Allied Health & Pharmacy Celebrate & Connect (AHPC&C) event.
This year’s edition reached 19 celebration sessions across 23 departments in NTFGH and JCH, with nearly 800 Allied Health and Pharmacy colleagues taking part. More than just a series of visits, AHPC&C continues to be a platform dedicated to celebrating people, purpose and the power of connection.

A Celebration Fuelled by Purpose
Carrying the theme “Celebrating the joy that comes from meaningful connections and heartfelt gifting,” AHPC&C 2026 brought a vibrant and personal touch to every department visit.
Leading the celebrations were members of Allied Health leadership, including Adj A/Prof Chee Thong Gan (Senior Director, Allied Health, NTFGH), Mr Abdul Rashid (Director, Allied Health, JCH), Ms Lee Hee Hoon (Director, Allied Health, NTFGH) and Mr Tan Hai Yang (Deputy Director, Allied Health, NTFGH). Their presence and active participation made each session feel special and intentional.
Adding to the excitement, some departments were treated to a surprise highlight — a full AHO team dance performance, with bosses joining in!
Each department also received their selected Workplace Enhancement Fund (WEF) items, thoughtfully chosen by teams to enhance their work environment — a meaningful gesture that added a personal touch to the celebrations.

Collaboration Behind the Scenes
The success of AHPC&C 2026 was made possible through close collaboration with HR, Finance, ALPs, WSH and Security, ensuring all processes and guidelines were met.
The scale of coordination included:
Nearly 800 staff invited to suggest workplace enhancements
118 WEF item requests received and reviewed
19 celebration sessions delivered across 23 departments
Comprehensive planning for logistics, food and manpower
This collective effort ensured that every department experienced a well-organised and meaningful celebration.

Impact That Lasts
The impact of AHPC&C 2026 extended well beyond the event itself. Feedback from staff highlighted a strong sense of feeling appreciated, heard, connected and recognised.
Through on-the-ground engagement, meaningful conversations, shared meals and thoughtful gifting, the event reinforced that people remain at the heart of Allied Health & Pharmacy. More than boosting morale, AHPC&C strengthened psychological safety and deepened the shared sense of purpose across teams.

The AHO committee invested significant time and effort behind the scenes — from detailed planning to coordination across multiple stakeholders. Every smile, word of appreciation and shared moment made it worthwhile.
With positive feedback and growing anticipation, many are already asking what surprises next year will bring. One thing is certain — the AHO team is already planning the next chapter of AHPC&C.
