Allied Health & Pharmacy Celebrate & Connect 2026

Between December 2025 and February 2026, the Allied Health Office (AHO) brought energy, connection and meaningful engagement to colleagues across the campus through the annual Allied Health & Pharmacy Celebrate & Connect (AHPC&C) event.

This year’s edition reached 19 celebration sessions across 23 departments in NTFGH and JCH, involving nearly 800 Allied Health and Pharmacy colleagues. More than just a series of visits, AHPC&C continues to be a platform dedicated to celebrating people, purpose and everyday connection.

A Celebration Fuelled by Purpose

Guided by the theme “Celebrating the joy that comes from meaningful connections and heartfelt gifting,” AHPC&C 2026 carried a personal and grounded touch into every department visited.

Leading the celebrations were members of Allied Health leadership, including Adj A/Prof Chee Thong Gan (Senior Director, Allied Health, NTFGH), Abdul Rashid (Director, Allied Health, JCH), Lee Hee Hoon (Director, Allied Health, NTFGH) and Tan Hai Yang (Deputy Director, Allied Health, NTFGH). Their presence and active participation made each session feel special and intentional.

Adding to the excitement, some departments were treated to a surprise highlight — a full AHO team dance performance, with leaders joining in!

Each department also received their selected Workplace Enhancement Fund (WEF) items, thoughtfully chosen by teams to enhance their work environment. This simple gesture added to the sense of appreciation and care.

Impact That Lasts

The impact of AHPC&C 2026 extended well beyond the event. Colleagues shared that they felt appreciated, heard and connected. The conversations, shared meals and simple moments of acknowledgement helped strengthen psychological safety and team purpose across Allied Health & Pharmacy.

With positive feedback and growing anticipation, many are already wondering what the next edition will bring. One thing is certain — the AHO team is already planning the next chapter of AHPC&C!
