JHC Dinner & Dance 2026: The U in Super 🪩🦸🏽🦸🏻‍♀️

It was a night of celebration, camaraderie and plenty of surprises as close to 1,500 colleagues gathered at the Resorts World Sentosa ballroom on 11 September 2026 for the JurongHealth Campus (JHC) Dinner & Dance 2026.

Joining the celebration were Prof Benjamin Ong, Chairman, JurongHealth Fund, and Dr Jason Phua, Deputy Chief Executive (Clinical Transformation), National University Health System, together with JHC senior leaders and staff.

The night opened on a high with a video and march-in by our Senior Leaders, before A/Prof Dan Yock Young, Chief Executive Officer, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and Jurong Community Hospital, took the stage. A highlight of the evening was the launch of JHC's new rallying call, “One Tribe, One Dream”, a simple but meaningful expression of the shared purpose that brings JHC colleagues together.

The celebrations also included the presentation of Long Service Awards to colleagues marking 25, 30 and 35 years of service, recognising their years of dedication and contribution to JHC.

The celebrations continued with stage games, the much-anticipated J-Factor competition, Best Dressed awards and plenty of excitement from the lucky draws.

Talent was in no short supply at this year’s J-Factor, as six finalist teams lit up the stage with an exciting mix of song and dance performances. From English and Chinese numbers spanning pop and pop-rock, to modern and traditional dance, the finalists brought plenty of energy, variety and showmanship to the competition.

More than just a talent competition, J-Factor brought together our nurses, allied health professionals, administrators and ancillary staff, showcasing not only their talents outside of work, but also the diversity and spirit that make up JHC.

After an energetic showdown, Team J4 emerged as the J-Factor champion, with Vital Six taking second place and Ambulatory Groovers coming in third.

Colleagues also pulled out all the stops with their outfits, adding plenty of colour and personality to the evening.

SN Kenneth Catalan was crowned Best Dressed Male, while SN Nur Nadiah Zainal took home the Best Dressed Female title. The Medical Affairs team stood out collectively to clinch the Best Dressed Table award.

Excitement continued throughout the night, with 200 lucky draw prizes up for grabs, including the coveted Top 10 prizes sponsored by the senior leaders.

The biggest prize of the evening, sponsored by CEO A/Prof Dan Yock Young, went to CSA Naw Sar Blute Paw, who walked away with air tickets for two to Japan and $600 in Klook credits.

The second prize, sponsored by CMB A/Prof Low Shiong Wen, was won by EN May Thwe Oo, who received air tickets for two to Bali, Indonesia, together with a three-day, two-night villa stay.

From long-serving colleagues and hidden talents to imaginative outfits and lucky winners, JHC Dinner & Dance 2026 was ultimately a celebration of the people who make JHC what it is.

And as the ballroom lit up for the finale, “One Tribe, One Dream” was a fitting note on which to end the evening, bringing together close to 1,500 colleagues in celebration of one JHC community and a shared journey ahead.
