Bringing our improvement efforts together into a single, collaborative heartbeat, these initiatives form QuEST—our Quality, Experience, and Safety Trilogy dedicated to transforming how we deliver care every day.
Guided by this year’s theme, “Accelerating and Integrating Change: Shaping a kinder, safer, smarter and nimbler JHC Together”, this year’s movement came alive through an incredible 80 improvement projects involving 575 multidisciplinary colleagues across the campus.
