At JurongHealth Campus, ensuring the safety and security of patients and, most importantly, our staff is our top priority. Recently, our dedicated colleagues from Medical Social Services collaborated with our Security & Transport, Fire Safety department to conduct a crucial security drill. The objective was to strengthen staff preparedness in managing difficult patients or members of the public. This initiative also aimed to evaluate staff responses, familiarise them with the panic buttons in the clinic, and test the overall security response time.

The drill was successfully executed on 17 May 2024, with a dynamic team of nine staff members from both Medical Social Services and Security & Transport, Fire Safety department participating. Their enthusiastic involvement demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing our security measures and ensuring a safe environment for all.
