Celebrating Our Singapore Health Quality Service Awards (SHQSA) 2026 Award Recipients🏆
We are proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our colleagues from Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) and Jurong Community Hospital (JCH) at the Singapore Health Quality Service Awards (SHQSA) 2026, where a total of 34 staff were recognised across the Star, Gold and Silver award categories for delivering quality care and excellent patient experience.

The Singapore Health Quality Service Awards (SHQSA) is a nationwide platform that honours healthcare professionals across Singapore who exemplify service excellence and patient-centred care. Now in its 17th year, this signature annual event by SingHealth saw more than 5,100 awards presented to healthcare professionals from 49 public and private healthcare institutions, as well as organisations from the community care sector.
A Strong First Showing for NTFGH and JCH

Celebrating Together on Campus
To mark this milestone, our 34 award recipients were also honoured on our home ground during an on-campus celebration held on 21 January 2026, organised by our Patient Experience & Culture Office (PECO). The gathering provided an opportunity for colleagues to celebrate achievements together and recognise the everyday excellence demonstrated by our teams.
