JHC Named One of Singapore’s Best Employers Again!

JurongHealth Campus (JHC) has once again been recognised as one of The Straits Times Singapore's Best Employers for 2025 👏🏼 — a proud milestone that was joyfully marked with a vibrant celebration for staff across NTFGH and JCH on 30 April 2025.

The award recognises top companies in Singapore that are highly rated by their employees, based on an independent survey conducted by The Straits Times in partnership with global research firm Statista. Organisations are evaluated across various criteria including image, working conditions, career development, diversity, and overall employee satisfaction. Being featured on this prestigious list for the second consecutive year is a strong affirmation of our continued efforts to make JHC a workplace where people feel supported, valued and empowered 💪🏼.

As part of the celebration, CEO A/Prof Dan Yock Young expressed his appreciation for staff, noting that this recognition reflects the JHC’s strong commitment to putting people first. He acknowledged the dedication and teamwork demonstrated across the campus over the past year, and extended heartfelt thanks to everyone for making this achievement possible.

Adding to the cheerful mood, staff enjoyed taking dynamic videos with a 360-degree rotating camera and playful photo props 🥸😎. Coffee ☕️ and donuts 🍩 with a variety of toppings sweetened the occasion—bringing smiles and light-hearted moments to the celebration.

The event was graced by members of the senior leadership team, including Clin A/Prof Low Shiong Wen, Chairman, Medical Board; Ms Christina Loh, Chief Human Resource Officer; Ms Ng Bee Ling, Chief Operating Office; Ms Ong Kwee Heok, Chief Financial Officer; Adj Asst Prof Kelvin Koh, Managing Director, JCH; and Ms Clarice Wee, Assistant Director, Nursing.
