Three Years Strong: Recognised Among Singapore’s Best Employers 2026
It was an afternoon filled with energy, pride and togetherness as colleagues across JurongHealth Campus (JHC) gathered to celebrate a remarkable milestone — being recognised as one of The Straits Times Singapore’s Best Employers 2026 for the third consecutive year.

On 30 April, a burst of confetti and an atmosphere of celebration marked a proud milestone. Senior leaders — CEO A/Prof Dan Yock Young, CMB Clinical A/Prof Low Shiong Wen, COO Ms Ng Bee Ling, CFO Ms Ong Kwee Heok, Senior Director of Allied Health Adj A/Prof Chee Thong Gan — together with Deputy Director of Nursing Ms Fauziah Jabil and Deputy Director of Human Resource Ms Chua Siok Gee, came together in a moment of shared pride, reflecting the collective effort behind this achievement. Each photograph captures the excitement and significance of our third consecutive year of recognition.

In his address, A/Prof Dan reflected on what this recognition truly represents — not just an award, but a testament to the culture we have collectively built.
The celebration soon came alive with a good spread of food and lively photo moments. The crowd remained constant as colleagues made their way through the various live stations—from the ever-popular Kueh Pie Tee and nachos stations to freshly brewed cups at the Tanamera Coffee station. Specially curated cupcakes featuring The Straits Times Singapore’s Best Employers logo added a delightful touch to the occasion.

The magazine photobooth was another highlight, drawing a steady stream of colleagues eager to capture fun and memorable snapshots with their teams. Across Tower B and the Level 2 kampong, staff were also seen snapping photos beyond the booth, capturing candid moments and shared memories of the celebration.
Take a look at our colleagues beaming with pride and celebratory smiles in the gallery below.

More than just a celebration, the event was a powerful reminder of what makes JHC special — our people.
The strong turnout and lively atmosphere reflected the pride and ownership felt across the campus.
As the event wrapped up, one thing was clear: this achievement belongs to every member of JHC. It is built on daily acts of care, collaboration and commitment.
Here’s to continuing our journey together — building a workplace we are proud to be part of, and moving from good to great, as one JHC.
