I was scheduled for a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of my cervical spine. Upon understanding that enclosed areas made me feel claustrophobic, Tiang Siew did not rush me through the entire procedure.
She was patient and gave me sufficient time and space. This helped me a lot during my MRI. She was assuring and even offered me a mirror to look at her while I was in the machine.
Small gesture but very reassuring.

Prior to my discharge, Anis had to remove the needle and tried to make it as comfortable as possible for me. She was helpful, polite and displayed a gentle disposition.
I appreciated her kind words, genuine concern and friendly reminder to take care of myself when I am back home.
