Siti Ummirah Binte Roslani
Senior Enrolled Nurse,
Kidney Unit

I sprained my knee and came to NTFGH alone. The Grab driver dropped me at Tower A by mistake. I could not walk due to the severe pain so I approached a JHC staff who assisted me whole-heartedly.

Siti brought a wheelchair, helped me onto the wheelchair and pushed me to the ED. She also assisted me with the registration and left only after making sure that I was in safe hands.

I appreciated her help and concern especially when I had to manoeuvre on my own.

Chan Jia Yen
Staff Nurse,
Endoscopy

It was my first time doing a colonoscopy at NTFGH.

Jia Yen explained with details, the purpose of having the anaesthesia, the processes and what I would experience at each step.

It gave me the courage to go through the procedure as I was able to understand the entire process clearly.

When I was in recovery, I noticed she was very concerned and attentive towards my needs. She was ever so gentle and caring.

Her attentiveness to details and concern for patients deserved to be commended and encouraged.

Jean Chua
Physiotherapist,
Physiotherapy,
Jurong Community Hospital

Jean is a very patient physiotherapist who had shown care for me.

She made me feel like important and well-cared for, beyond that of a patient and brought joy to my day.

I am thankful to have her guidance to help me get better, and her caring and detailed explanation to my wife and son during the training sessions.

She is truly an exemplary physiotherapist.
