Jasmine Goh Chwee Yin, Senior Staff Nurse,
Nursing Clinical Services
My mum was worried that taking too much medication could be harmful and had reduced her medicine intake on her own.
Thankfully, Jasmine patiently went through each medication and advised my mum on the importance of taking them regularly. She went all out to ensure her concern was addressed, sharing with her scenarios of what would happen if she did not take her medicine regularly.
She also reiterated multiple times to my mum to ensure she understood the dosage of her medicine. Jasmine was finally able to convince my mum to take her medication regularly.
Thank you for your professionalism, patience, kindness and care.
Muhammad Fadzli Bin Shamsudin,
Patient Service Associate,
Inpatient Operations
Fadzli has such a pleasant and calming aura and was very soft-spoken. He answered all our enquiries and made my nervous mum felt calm.
With his smiling eyes, we can see he truly loves serving us and was extremely patient with my mum's never-ending questions. He even helped us to buy an ART kit when we forgot to. He served us with love and service from the heart. When we left, he bade us farewell and to have a great day.
Dr Atiyeh Mazin,
Resident Physician,
Emergency Medicine
The capability and skill of the healthcare professionals in NTFGH are great. Dr Mazin was very compassionate in handling my worries and anxiety of my condition.
Even when I requested to be discharged due to long waiting time for bed availability, he advised me not to delay the treatment.
His compassion and care was awesome.
