Dr Leong Sze Wai,
Resident Physician,
General Surgery
Dr Leong was very helpful and respectful towards the patient.
It was very touching in the way she held the elderly patient's hand while walking her to the room. She even helped to put on the shoe for the patient, whose shoe fell off while her weight was being taken.
Ms Sardha Ratan Singh,
Senior Staff Nurse,
General Medicine Ward C9
I came in with a lot of pain after fracturing my left ankle.
The pain eased after being admitted to Ward C9. Sardha's kind words, patience and wonderful assistance to me was what I needed.
Thank you Sardha, you are the Florence Nightingale of the nursing team.
Ms Clara Anak Balu,
Staff Nurse,
Emergency Department
Clara provided wonderful care when my mother sought urgent treatment.
She went over and beyond her duties to ensure my mother was not only attended to, but also received warm and considerate care when we could not be with her.
Clara was thoughtful and reassured my mother, taking time to explain about the treatment given and helped her to be comfortable.
The care provided by Clara is deeply appreciated.
Our heartfelt gratitude to her.
