Remember, there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness.
Every act creates a ripple with no logical end.

Chua Kwee Xiang,
Sports Trainer,
Physiotherapy
My experience with Kwee Xiang has been overwhelmingly positive and supportive from the beginning.
From guiding me through the basic recovery exercises to more complex and intensive exercises for my injury, he has been professional and diligent throughout.
My recovery would not have been anywhere as smooth as it is without the guidance and patience of Kwee Xiang.
ANC Nor’ain Binti Mohamed,
Assistant Nurse Clinician,
Intensive Care Unit
My late uncle shared that Nor’ain was professional in carrying out her duties and understood her patient’s needs.
She could emotionally connect with his pain and suffering and tried to divert his agony. She was very cheerful and greeted him whenever she was on duty. She also provided reassurance and allayed his anxiety when he was too ill to be present at his sister's funeral.
Thank you Nor'ain and team for being there for the patients. Your devotion and hard work are truly remarkable!
Ramani D/O Supiahmanian,
Service Associate,
Lobby & Visitor Management
It was near midnight when I arrived at NTFGH after I ended work. Ramani was very compassionate and put herself in my shoes, listening attentively as I shared my experience of walking counter to counter seeking information about my father’s condition.
She even accompanied me to ED to find out more about my father’s condition and his admission details. Ramani counselled and calmed me down and encouraged me to rest at home as insufficient rest would affect my life and work.
She is a very compassionate and helpful staff, a precious gem.
