Monthly Service Star Winners -

Staff who inspire, with kindness and compassion

Touching Hearts, Touching Lives

Remember, there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness.

Every act creates a ripple with no logical end.

Pakialetchmi Setty,
Principal Enrolled Nurse
Clinic A31 Medicine

I was in intense pain when I arrived at the clinic.

Letchmi was such a kind soul who was very forthcoming and took the initiative to ask if I needed anything.

While I was waiting for admission, she expressed care by offering me a bed in a room to rest, as well as some biscuits and milo. She also made it a point to check on me at different intervals.

I was touched by Letchmi's strong sense of service and responsibility.

Muhammad Nur Syazwan Bin Kamaruzaman,
Senior Patient Service Associate,
Emergency Department

I would like to extend my gratitude to Syazwan who updated me promptly about my husband's condition during his stay at the Emergency Department (ED).

He assured me that even though the wards were full, my husband was well taken care of.

He provided me with all the information and attended to me patiently. This certainly helped me to remain calm.

Akash Juneja,
Senior Audiologist,
Audiology

Akash was very kind and patient.

He answered all of our questions and waited patiently for me to translate the information (in Cantonese) for my mother-in-law. We didn't feel rushed at all.

Akash was attentive and listened to our concerns. He acted swiftly and arranged for my mother-in-law, who was in a wheelchair, to complete the fitting for her hearing aid on the same day.

THANK YOU!
