Uniform Management Update

With effect from 7 July 2023, all Staff Uniform Rooms at Alexandra, JurongHealth and Kent Ridge campuses, will cease operations.

NUHS has appointed a new vendor and will be introducing an online Uniform Management System (UMS) in November 2023. With this new online system in place, staff will be able to request for uniform(s) at their own time.

In the meantime, from now to 31 Oct 2023, staff with urgent request for uniform(s) due to wear and tear or pregnancy can submit their request using the Uniform Requisition Form link (via FormSG) or QR Code listed below.
