28 staff from JurongHealth Campus participated in the inaugural JHC leadership chat with Dr Quek Lit Sin, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on 19 January 2023. The kick-off session marked the launch of the inaugural JHC Young Talent Accelerator (YTA), a 1-year developmental and engagement programme for JHC young talents. In sharing his leadership journey and experiences, CEO profiled the challenges in the evolving healthcare landscape, and how leaders play a critical role in building Psychological Resilience to help our staff be adaptive and agile in riding through the waves of change.

 

Championed by JHC C-suite leaders, the YTA programme anchors on social learning principles and aims to inspire and nurture a strong community of JHC leaders, as each cohort of YTA participants convene to bond and adopt leadership culture and practices from senior leaders and fellow peers. In addition to the quarterly leadership chats, the YTA programme also features a mentoring track that enables young leaders to learn and engage a mentor of their choice in 1-1 mentoring sessions over a 9-month period.
