Dr Jasmine Lim, Consultant, Geriatric Medicine, NTFGH, listed osteopenia and osteoporosis as two of the most common bone conditions among older adults, especially post-menopausal women. She shared additional insights about the topic in a series of patient education articles.

Dr Michael Yong, Senior Consultant, Psychiatry, NTFGH, explained that while there are some similarities in the warning signs of suicidal risk between youth and adults, it is important to recognise that certain signs might manifest differently based on age and developmental stages.

Ms Fifiana Tan, Senior Optometrist, NTFGH, emphasised that if older adults drive, they need to have their eyes checked regularly to see if they need to make or change glasses to meet the minimum vision requirement for driving.
