QuEST Wall Launched:
A Shared Commitment to Quality, Experience and Safety
The QuEST Wall was officially unveiled on 13 January 2026, marking an important milestone in our ongoing journey towards Quality, Patient Experience, and Patient Safety.
The launch was graced by CEO A/Prof Dan Yock Young and CMB Clin A/Prof Low Shiong Wen, who officiated the ceremony by mounting the QuEST logo to symbolically announce the opening of the QuEST Wall. Their presence underscored the organisation’s strong leadership commitment to QuEST as a shared responsibility across JurongHealth Campus.

CEO shared that the key challenge is embedding QuEST into everyday life at JHC—shaping how staff think, work, and deliver care. QuEST is not a one-off event or short-term campaign, but a year-long, collective effort made possible by the contributions of staff across the campus.
The focus is on integrating QuEST into daily decisions and practices, strengthening quality improvement, patient safety, and patient experience.
More than a physical feature, the QuEST Wall is a space to celebrate our people, recognise meaningful contributions, and showcase ideas that drive improvement across the campus. It reflects our shared commitment to Quality, Experience, and Safety, and brings staff together to share learning and inspire one another.
The launch also provided a relaxed opportunity for staff to connect over light refreshments, including putu mayam and hotdog & bangers, adding to the celebratory atmosphere.
As a visible reminder of what we stand for, the QuEST Wall encourages all of us to stay engaged, reflect on our practices, and continue this journey together — strengthening Quality, enhancing Patient Experience, and upholding Patient Safety in everything we do.
