QuEST 2025 – Quality, Experience, and Safety Trilogy
This year’s QuEST Adventure brought the spirit of Quality Improvement, Patient Experience, and Patient Safety to life — celebrating how every staff member plays a part in building a safer, smarter, kinder, and nimbler healthcare future.
As part of the QuEST movement, Patient Safety Day, Patient Experience Awards 2025 and Patient Experience & Service Excellence Day, held earlier in September 2025, highlighted our collective efforts to improve systems, enhance patient interactions, and strengthen a culture of care. Activities Leading Up to QuEST Apex 2025
Learning visits:
As part of the lead-up, selected staff had the opportunity to go on learning visits to the DHL APAC Innovation Centre on 26 August 2025 and IMDA PIXEL Innovation Centre on 27 August 2025. These visits were designed to spark ideas and inspire innovation by showcasing cutting-edge technologies and practices that align with our ongoing QuEST journey — helping participants reimagine what’s possible in healthcare.

To build excitement campus-wide, staff also took part in a fun online scavenger QuESTHUNT that encouraged teamwork and learning. Teams of 2 to 4 players explored Tower A to Tower C to complete challenges and quizzes in this 30-minute adventure. We’re thrilled by your participation — with 12 teams each walking away with $80 worth of WeCARE points!
