Do mouth taping and nasal strips really work to stop snoring? We ask doctors
Dr Ng Chew Lip, Consultant, Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, NTFGH, explained that mouth taping and nasal strips are not recommended by doctors as they may reduce airflow and increase breathing effort.

NUHS to roll out 22 EV charging stations across three hospitals
NUHS has partnered with SP Group to install EV Charging Stations (EVCS) in carparks across its three hospitals – NUH, NTFGH and AH. This marks the first time a health cluster has collaborated with a power supplier to promote low-carbon options and reduce carbon footprint. By the end of 2023, there will be 22 EVCS, with a target of 80 by 2028.
